I was walking down Newbury St. the other day, and I saw something that made me seriously angry.
The MAC company has launched a line of Wonder Woman themed cosmetics.

I'd rather be a Plain Jane than a sell out.
Honestly, it's a cute idea. Get girls to buy even more of what they already do by slapping a heroic female icon on the packaging. I'd buy into it if: I didn't become instantly frustrated at the sight of one of my favorite crime-fighters lessened to just another girl with her face painted on. This is just my humble opinion.

Sure, Wonder Woman isn't the most bad ass comic book superhero, and she DEFINITELY has the glam thing down-- but she used to mean more to me than she does right this minute. I think it's safe to say that we're in a fight.
