Thanks, Kiddo.

Babies.

It seems like every time I hop on Facebook, someone is posting pictures of a new family addition or announcing a pregnancy.  Sometimes I feel a little jealous.  I'm almost twenty-eight.  When you have a sickness, I think that you can sometimes think too much about what you don't have.  Especially if you've got a lot of down time.  Trying to stay positive about the options that I have now that I didn't have when I was younger makes me realize that they are actually a blessing in disguise.

I may or may not regret to share that I can't stop watching Teen Mom on Netflix.  When I pause to think about how hard raising a child would be for me right now, I can take a step back and look at my life with a different set of eyes.

I suppose that being sick is my baby right now.  I wish she'd frigging grow up, though.  Maybe move out and take on her own thing.  I could finally have the chance to make some big, grown up plans for my life.  Until then, I have enough snuggling to think about with my other baby...

and heaps of time to try and learn about what to expect when I'm waiting to expect to be expecting.  Shoooot, I haven't even had my X-Men themed wedding yet.
